My daily vitamins:)

When you are busy it is not always easy to eat healthy. I take one multivitamin, one omega-3 fish oil and one chewable vitamin C every day. I used to drink multi greens every day but now you can get them in capsules. That is so much better because if you tried it you know it doesn't have the best taste in the world. Try it out, you might get some more energy:)
